Dyechem Alliance (VN) Co., Ltd. (DAVN)is one of the pioneer factories being built in Long Hau Industrial Zone, Long An Province, Vietnam. The construction was completed in March 2009 with a total land area of one hectare. The factory was subsequently inaugurated on the 22nd of June, 2009.
The project has been formed by the co-operative partners with a total investment of US$ 3.50 Million. The Dyechem Vietnam team is consisting of a total33 staffs: 5 expatriatesand 28 local Vietnamese colleagues.
DAVN belongs to Dyechem Group of companies well established in 5 countries (Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam). The group has gathered over 50 years of experience in the core business activities of trading and providing technical services onSpecialty Colorants and Chemical Auxiliaries for the Textile and Leather Industries
In Vietnam,we are specializing in the supplies of colorants (dyestuffs & pigments)and specialty chemicals covering various industries likeTextiles, Leathers, Shoes & Leather goods processing. For textile division, we are working closely with renowned suppliers from Germany, France, Italy, Taiwan, China & India like Rudolf Chemie for textile functional finishings,Zschimmer& Schwarz for textile processing chemicals, SNF for synthetic printing thickeners,Bozzetto Group Italy for denim fashion art chemicals, and so on
As for the dyestuffs we are working with suppliers like Jihua, Yabang from China, Everlight from Taiwan, Colourtex from India and Pigments from Jincolor of Taiwan.
For leathers, shoes & leather goods sector, we are working very closely with ATC from France, and Freisba International from China.As for the leather dyestuffs we are working with SukranKhemical from India
In DAVN, we have setup the liquid auxiliary formulations plant withblending vessels of batching capacity consisting of 1MT, 3MT and 5MT respectively. As for powder products, we have a small powder blending machine with the batch size capacity of 150kg
We are currently working in close co-operations with various suppliers where we are blending their products under licensed locally in Vietnam before supplying to our customers in Vietnam. Suppliers who allow Dyechem to produce their products under licensed in Vietnam are Rudolf Chemie, ATC, Jintex,Zschimmer& Schwarz and few others
We have setup our laboratory equipped with various equipment like (computer color-matching system, laboratory dyeing machines, laboratory coating machine, spraybooth and leather testing drum) in order to provide speedy technical services to our customers efficiently
With our current facilities in Vietnam we are focusing in providing our customers with logistic convenience by keeping sufficient stocks in case of emergency requirements and to ease our customers who are facing inventories management difficulties (such as insufficient warehouse storage space or having to import extra stocks).
